I picked this up on the recommendation of a Sephora employee, who raved about this makeup remover for a good ten minutes.  She used this every day and I caught her enthusiasm and had to have it. The packaging is super adorable, as it is with all Drunk Elephant products.  I hate the tub.  I wish it came in a pump dispenser, the container comes with a cute little stick to glop the product out with…ick.

The product itself is odorless and looks like melted coconut oil.  It spreads and feels like coconut oil on the skin.  I know it is infused with a bunch of super amazing oils that they call the Fruit Salad Blend and the Nourishing Oils Blend along with a Bamboo booster to remove dead skin. I have to be honest, it’s pretty tricky to tell that all of that is in there. (not the Bamboo booster, it comes separately)

$45CAD at Sephora will get you 110g of product, and a little will go a long way.  This is a good value for the money, and the product itself works extremely well.  It removed all traces of my makeup. It also broke me out.  So, soft clean skin at a price.

I love Drunk Elephant, I believe that they make amazing products.  This one, however, isn’t one that I would go out of my way to try again.  What has been your experience with makeup removing balms?  Let me know in the comments below or chime in on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram @everydaybeaut11.  Click the subscribe button and share us with your friends.
