This product retailed for $90CAD per ounce and had a 4.6/5 star rating on Sephora. The packaging is as you would expect for that price. Beautiful.  The serum itself is white and liquidy.  The smell was mild, and is intended to be used as the last step in a night time beauty routine.  The claims on this product are for anti-aging, and detoxification.  Murad also claims that the scent of the product will help the user get a better sleep.  To me, this is bunk.  I don’t want products scented just on the hope that I might sleep.  If I need to sleep, I can do yoga, count sheep or something.  I don’t need irritating fragrance in my products for this purpose.  Just saying.

I used this product for about 10 days. Days two through ten were nothing but a giant breakout.  Redness galore.  Nothing else had changed in my routine so I have no other suspects.  I didn’t give it any longer because my sudden acne was starting to become ugly and painful.   I found the product to be a bit on the greasy side.  Perhaps, that is what has caused my breakout?  If you get a chance, try it as a sample from Sephora before you commit to it.
