Urban Decay has long been heralded for its variety of amazing products. From the iconic Naked palettes to the Primer Potion and the All Nighter Setting Spray, Urban Decay has consistently provided high quality, Vegan, Cruelty-free products to a socially conscious audience at a reasonable price.
So, there really wasn’t any hesitation on my part when it came time to throw down $25.50 for this liner. I have used Urban Decay products in the past and loved them. There are five shades available designed for use in the lower waterline specifically. This liner promises not to move or wear off until you decide to take it off.
This liner glides on smooth and looks fantastic, for about 25 minutes. I don’t know where it went then, but it was no longer on my waterline. Half of it had disappeared. In the unlikely event that I managed to miss half of the waterline on both sides, I decided to re-line and try again. Same results, in approximately 30 minutes the product was no longer in place. The product did migrate to my lower lash line, where it decided to smear everywhere. Color me unimpressed. Top that off with a cream stick that broke apart when I sharpened it, as in it cracked part way up. It somehow loses the luster and glory of the product at that point. Besides, once you get frustrated the product loses and desire to use it. This one for me was a total fail. I don’t recommend it at all.
As described on Sephora’s website:
What it is:
A creamy, waterproof, demi-matte eye pencil specifically designed for gliding along the inner rim of the waterline.
What it does:
Urban Decay’s creamy, demi-matte 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil lays down waterproof color in a range of never-before-seen shades. Created for use along the inner rim in the waterline (and fully legit), this pencil is even creamier than Urban Decay’s original bestselling 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. It glides on easily and goes anywhere you want to put it. Once the color sets, it won’t budge so you can perfectly line your waterline in classic black, or opt for a colorful shade—like navy or green—for an eye look that really stands out.

What else you need to know:
So you can easily tell the difference between 24/7 Eye Pencil and 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil, Urban Decay gave 24/7 Waterline a shade-matched ombré gradient that fades to black, with a matte black cap and end. This product is free of mineral oil, paraffin, and preservatives.
