Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Day Cream

This product retails for $28 at Walmart.  That will get you a lovely 30ml pump bottle of product that will last approximately a month.  That works out to 93 cents per ml of product.  I have been buying this product in both the day and night cream for quite a while, and I find it to be most effective in the cellular turnover for creating an even skin texture and reducing the appearance of new wrinkles.

That is the good news, the other side of that coin is buying a Retinol product for daytime use.   Retinol is photo-inactivated in sunlight.  Which means that it stops being active and working when you are out in the sun.  I love the sunscreen in the product, the SPF 30 is a great base to protect from the harsh Ultraviolet rays.  I love that it has no scent.  I love that it soaks in quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy film or whitish cast on my skin.

To get the maximum benefits from this cream, I would recommend that you put it on and stay out of the sunlight.  If you are going to be going out in the sun, then I would say that you will still be reaping the benefits of Vitamin C in the cream.

When paired with the night cream and the eye cream this product line is truly transformative for my skin.  I found that my skin was softer, there was less discoloration, less acne, and it softened up the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles.

Is it worth it to try? Yes.
