Short nails and soft colors are all the rage for spring. With a twist. We all know and expect to see soft pastels in spring. As much as we expect deeper colors in the winter. This year, the growing trend is soft, short, frosted nails. As a child of the ’80s, I absolutely despise frosted ANYTHING.
I have included frosted options on our list, but I would suggest for those people in the world who dislike frost consider utilizing it as more of an accent color. A French style manicure with frosted tips, or a frosted accent nail. As someone who loves having long square nails ( that get caught on anything and everything), I am totally looking forward to a short nail trend. This is going to be a versatile way of bringing pops of color, without overwhelming everything.
Pastels are of course going to be the way to go, light yellows, blues, pinks, and corals. Book your nail appointment now, this trend is going to be hot!
