Gluten Free Bites

I have digestive issues.  Yes, they have been diagnosed by a doctor. No, I haven’t just decided to swear off gluten in a fad jumping effort to be cool.  Gluten makes the world tasty, these bites and bars are also delicious.  They are also inclusive, so even if you can have gluten, you can also have these.  Look at that a tasty snack bringing the world together.

While on a flight to Montreal, I had the option to try these little bites as a part of my airline “meal” and I ate the whole bag while we were in the air over Manitoba.  I looked forward to my return flight, thinking I would be able to have these again.  I didn’t get them as an option on the return flight (sob!) and life and time dulled my memory of them until I was at the grocery and noticed a beautiful package sitting on the shelf.  It was like a beam of light had opened up to show me the way to the display.

Complete protein in every bite, with cashew, chocolate, coconut my cart was quickly stuffed full of tasty little morsels.  This product is dairy free, Kosher, Vegan, non-GMO it ticks all the boxes for the cool kids and hungry people alike.  Stop reading this and go try some!!!

As described on the Glutenfreebar website:

1. We make food that is actually good for you and we use quality ingredients that are non-GMO verified, certified vegan, certified gluten-free, certified kosher and mostly organic.
2. Unlike most food companies, we DO NOT outsource our production. At The GFB, we operate our own facility and hire our own local workforce. Sustainability is a big deal for us. Heck, we even became a Certified B Corp to prove it. FYI we are also a zero waste facility 😉

Ingredients vary by product type, that is why I didn’t list them all here.  Check the company out at http://www.glutenfreebar.com, and you can thank me anytime.  What is your favorite snack treat?
