I was lucky enough to receive this as a gift from the amazing Dave Lackie Editor of Beauty Departure Magazine. This NARS Precision Lip liner retails for $30 at Sephora. I admittedly would never have thought to spend $30 on a liner. I have to admit, the colors are bold, they glide on beautifully and stay put. I prefer to use this liner on bare lips with a bit of lip balm over the top. As you can see the color is super saturated. It doesn’t move when I eat or drink.
This is a great liner to use under lipstick, but honestly, the color was so phenomenal on its own it doesn’t really need any additional help. The pencil does glide almost as nicely as a gel liner, or cream liner.
As described on the Sephora website:

This liner is amazing. Veristile and functional, it doesn’t fail me when I choose to pair it with subtle eye makeup. I find this easier to use in comparision to many of the gel liners that smear or break. What is your favorite liner?
