Waffle Time

Happy Sunday! Time for some delicious and decadent waffles!  The original of this recipe was published on All Recipes.com  and I have linked the original recipe at the bottom of the page.  It has been modified the original to suit my non-dairy, non-gluten needs.  I hope that you will let me know how you make your waffles in the comments down below or chime in on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook @everydaybeaut11.  Enjoy!

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

  3. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.

The Quinoa flour is going to deliver a nutty flavor to the waffles.  If that is something that you don’t like, try gluten free flour, Rice flour, Almond flour instead.  For the original recipe click here: Classic waffles.
