Youth to the People is a company that really sets the bar for the beauty industry. A cruelty-free, vegan company that created an eye cream chocked full of good for you ingredients. I present the Superfood Eye Cream. Retailing at Sephora for $44. That will give you a tiny little 15ml jar of product. I never said that it didn’t have downsides. This product is admittedly pricey.
On the other hand, it is also full of Vitamins A, C, D, E, Aloe, and the phytonutrients found in Kale. Boasting a Tripeptide-5 complex that is touted to improve firmness and hydrate.
I purchased this in hopes that it would make a difference in my drooping eyelids, and wrinkles. The cream is relatively light in texture and has no noticeable smell. It applied smoothly and melted into my skin quickly. I had no trouble applying makeup over top of the cream or just using alone for a restorative night cream.
As described on the Sephora website:
What it is:
A superfood eye cream packed with antioxidants and tripeptide 5 to hydrate and visibly firm.
– Fine lines and wrinkles
– Loss of firmness

You may wish to give this product a pass if:
- You are allergic to fragrance
As you may know, I am not a big fan of jars due to the ease of bacteria transfer, and I wasn’t thrilled by the price. It is costly. I did, however, enjoy the cream itself. I found that it did make a slight difference in the quality of wrinkles around my eyes. I fear that an eye lift is going to be the only way to entirely resolve the drooping eyelid issue. Would I purchase it again? A solid maybe. Let me know in the comments down below what is your favorite eye cream, chime in on Twitter @everydaybeaut11 or Instagram @everydaybeaut11.
