I bought this for $6 at Walmart. This primer was such a disappointment for me personally. I think if you have very oily eyelids, this product will work like gangbusters for you. For my dry eyelids, this product was a nightmare. I tried this primer using both my finger and a brush, always to clean, dry eyelids. The result is the same.
This product was cumbersome on my eyelids. It caused a lot of creasing, and it almost made my lids feel crispy. I found that eyeshadow went on well but, didn’t look natural or blend well. I have hooded eyes, this product really accentuated this. It drew the eye downward making me look tired.
This product has been in my makeup bag, and I have been using it as a base for when I want to play around with new looks. Yet, it never looks good, and I ended up throwing it out.
I love Wet n’ Wild as a company, they are cruelty-free. They do not sell in China. I live for that company principle. However, this product was a hard pass for me.
