I live for K-beauty products.laneige3  I can admit it.  When I walk into Sephora Laneige is one of my favorite displays.  They have products that never irritate my skin, the products don’t have a strong scent, and they all work.  I have been fortunate enough to have been using this sleeping mask `for a while.  It retails for $33 for a 70ml jar.   It is recommended that you use the mask twice a week for best results.

What else you need to know:
This product is dermatologist tested, noncomedogenic, and recommended for all skin types. LANEIGE does not test ingredients or products on animals.

This product contains the Calming Sleepscent™ to help relax and soothe.  It did.  I can detect a very subtle Rose scent to the gel,  once applied to the skin the scent fades away fairly quickly.  The gel itself applies very smoothly.  It has a beautiful thin texture that glides on the skin.  A little bit will go a long way.

The gel also contains Sleep-Tox™:

A purification technology to help calm skin from damage and external stressors that skin suffers during the day. Antioxidant-rich Hunza Apricot and Evening Primrose work throughout the night to purify fatigued skin.

and Hydro Ionized Mineral Water:

Formulated with 6 moisture-maximizing minerals—zinc, manganese, magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium—that are ionized and stabilized in water to penetrate quicker and deeper into skin. It provides Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF), similar to skin’s own moisturizing agents, to circulate and retain long-lasting moisture.

and Moisture Wrap™:

An exclusive technology that features a mineral network of moisture-rich beta-glucan to form an 8-hour time-release moisturizing layer over skin. It locks in active ingredients and mineral water.

Does all of this stuff work? I know that I wake up in the morning and my skin is soft to the touch.  It isn’t red or irritated, it isn’t puffy or inflamed, so I guess the Sleep-Tox does work.  My skin isn’t flaky, and it feels refreshed.  I have been using this product every week for the past 3 months, and I have never had a problem with it.  It feels good.  The changes in my skin quality are subtle and worth it.  Let me know in the comments down below what your favorite face mask is, chime in on Twitter @everydaybeaut11.  Have you used the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask?  What was your experience?
