Day 1- No sugar

It has been 24 hours since I committed to a healthier lifestyle.  So far, I am grumpy.  I haven’t had a soda in 24 hours.  I want one. Badly.  I have had no added sugar in my diet since yesterday.  I feel foggy.  Not bad but, foggy.

Went to bed at a decent hour 11pm instead of 2am and woke up when the cat decided to have a conversation with me at 3am while chewing my hair.  Without the sugar I slept pretty deeply.

Feeling tired, and foggy. Upping my water consumption.  We will see what tomorrow brings =(
